Daily Wrap 03/26/07

Summary:
Finished down 0.4% on another sedate day.  Miners did generally well with LMGGF up 10%.  I have been meaning to add to the position, but with studies and other drudgery this one got away.  I will revisit it tomorrow.  Base metals , particularly copper, have been creeping up from weakness earlier in the year and physical nickel stocks remain at extremely low levels.

On the downside, JEQ slid 1.7% despite gains in the Nikkei and is again trading at a discount of 4% .   XSI fell almost 9%.  High volume, but no news.  The peregrinations of a small cap lightly traded company. Hopefully we get some earnings soon.

No trades today as I was finishing off drudgery, such as taxes, that my studies had kept me from.
